Data we collect

Your email address, when you sign up to be informed of the launch or to reserve a spot.
Browsing data (page views, clicks) via measurement tools — Meta pixel and Google Analytics — only if you have consented.
Any campaign parameters (UTM) that let us know where you came from.

Purposes and legal basis

Keeping you informed about the project's progress and the opening of reservations — legal basis: your consent.
Measuring and improving the effectiveness of our ads — legal basis: your consent (Meta cookie), collected via the dedicated banner.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by providers acting on our behalf:

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — hosting the list and sending emails.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad measurement, if you accepted the cookie. This processing may involve a transfer of data to the United States, framed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
Google (Google Analytics) — site audience measurement, if you accepted the cookies. This processing may involve a transfer to the United States, framed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Retention period

Your email is kept until the product launches or until you unsubscribe, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Ad-measurement data follows the period defined by Meta.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: foniiz.kids@gmail.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. As the controller is established in France, the lead authority is the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

Measurement cookies (Meta and Google Analytics) may be placed only after your acceptance via the consent banner. You can refuse them with no impact on your browsing.
